What is Qi Gong?
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese health care system that combines breathing techniques, physical posture and focus intentions. It is used to circulate, cleanse, heal and store the body. The movements can help decrease stress, increase the immune system and build stamina. It leaves a long term effect of the mind, body and soul connecting them all as one. It’s also great that anyone can take Qi gong classes including adults, senior citizen and children. By doing this people learn to tune into their own energy and balance their lives.
